The proposed project is Villa Cristina Subdivision located in Brgy. Mabigo, Canlaon City, Negros Oriental. It has an area of 206,471 sqlare meters and consisting of commercial and socialized lots with two hundred ninety (290) sub-lots which will be developed under B.P. 220.

Canlaon City projected as the summer capital of Negros Island and major vegetable producer of the Visayas Region has one of the highest per capita income in the region and even in the whole country today. It also has potential resources in tourism if it is fully developed. Majority of the population live outside the city center to tender their land to earn a living.

As the city grew, public and private institutions such as schools, hospitals, etc. are constructed in the city center, thus compelling the population to avail even just a small property in the center for easy access to these instututions.
